CHANNEL SALES MANAGER

We’re seeking a highly motivated Channel Sales Manager within our Cyber Security and OEM Channel Markets. To be both a key part and of our Sales and Business Development Team and our Channel ‘GTM’ strategy to ensure we deliver on our promises to customers and our internal stakeholders.
As an experienced Channel Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of our OEM Channel Sales strategy into customers and prospects, working within our sales and marketing team and in conjunction with our operations, product and engineering teams within Quside. You will from a business development, sales and from an account management perspective instigate, drive and manage customer interactions throughout the sales cycle.
What you will do:
- Develop, support and execute on Quside’s existing Channel ‘GTM’ strategy
- Open new markets and customer prospects for Quside’s products and services
- Present and develop Quside’s Channel & OEM value proposition
- Where appropriate account manage and develop some of Quside’s existing Channel Partnerships
- Develop and execute of Quside’s segmented sector sales plans, identifying key prospects, key decision makers and influencers
- Develop and maintain effective contact strategies with clients and prospects
- Timely updates of all prospecting information including all client / prospect contact status, actions and win strategies by utilising the company’s CRM system
- Liaise with Quside’s relevant departments / stakeholders / SME’s to develop RFP responses and commercial proposals
- Map and understand the competitive landscape both quantum and non-quantum pertinent to Quside’s business activities
- Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience in both a pre and post sales environment
- Deliver and exceed on Quside’s sales revenue targets and objectives
- Represent Quside at key industry and corporate events to develop the brand profile and sales pipeline
- Communicate the progress of customer sales interaction to both internal and external stakeholders where applicable
- Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities from a sales and business development perspective within existing and new customer accounts and markets
- Collaborate with other teams throughout the company in order to achieve sustainable growth in line with Quside’s business objectives
What you need:
Work Experience Requirements:
- A minimum 10 years + work experience ideally within the cybersecurity or a similar related market within an OEM, partner, channel sales, account management or business development customer facing role
- Proven consultative selling skills to large Partner, Channel and OEM organisations within the IT & high-tech markets
- A solid network of contacts within the Partner, Channel and OEM organisations within the IT & high-tech markets
- Experience in handling and managing technology RFI and tender processes
- Experience of setting market and commercial pricing strategies for OEM Partners
- Working knowledge of appropriate CRM tools
Education Requirements:
University Degree or demonstrable equivalent experience in a business or technical (computing, mathematical or scientific) discipline. Previous experience within start-ups or new product / service launch environments is both beneficial and valuable.
Technical Competencies:
- Strong and demonstrable knowledge of the classical cybersecurity marketplace from both a hardware and software perspective.
- Awareness of limitations of current classical cybersecurity landscape
- Appreciation of quantum technologies in general in respect to computing and cybersecurity
- Working knowledge of quantum technologies and their effect upon classical cybersecurity
- Competence with the Microsoft Office suite and associated work productivity tools
- Working knowledge of appropriate CRM tools
